HELPING ELYRIA’S YOUNGEST LEARNERS GET READY FOR KINDERGARTEN
Ready, Set, Go…to Kindergarten provides support to child care providers throughout the City of Elyria, and connects Elyria families with early learning opportunities, playgroups, developmental screenings, and resources to help children grow from birth through age five.
HOW WE HELP
Research shows that children who enter kindergarten ready to learn are better prepared for school and life. Ready Set Go…to Kindergarten, powered by United Way of Greater Lorain County, is working to make sure every child in Elyria has the opportunity to enter kindergarten ready to learn by providing access to:
High Quality, Low-Cost Preschool
Health Screenings and Immunizations
Free Developmental Screenings
Family Support Programs and Resources
Community Programming (Story Times, Playgroups)
