Our Elyria-Cascade Center boasts a five-star rating from the State of Ohio's "Step Up To Quality" Program.  In fact, each of our centers is highly rated.

Whether you're looking for child care, preschool, before or after-school programs, or summer camp, Horizon offers enrichment programs for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. 

Our programs focus on language and literacy, social,  emotional, and physical development. Horizon staff members are guided by state standards, assessments, and individual learning plans. We focus on kindergarten readiness and school-age enrichment.
