LCCAA - Head Start - LaGrange

Head Start is a comprehensive child development program funded by the federal government and the flagship program of Community Action Agencies throughout the nation. Head Start serves low-income children ages 3 to 5. The entire family benefits from Head Start which prepares children for kindergarten and academic success while promoting self-sufficiency in the children and their parents.
Lagrange Head Start is Step Up to Quality Gold Medal rated. Both teachers in the classroom hold a BA in Early Childhood Education. The classroom has a variety of toys and sensory materials for exploration, as well as a large playground and a nature playground.
